Youmacon is thrilled to announce our next special guest for 2025: the multitalented rapper and songwriter, Danny Chung! The voice behind the fan-favorite Kpop Demon Hunters character, Baby Saja, will be joining us this year from October 30th to November 2nd at Huntington Place in Detroit.
Danny Chung is a true creative force who lent his voice to the “maknae” of the Saja Boys. As one of the main songwriters for the Kpop Demon Hunters soundtrack, he helped craft the super catchy and deliberately hollow songs of the Saja Boys, which were designed to contrast with the emotionally vulnerable songs of HUNTR/X. He’s also the genius behind some of K-pop’s biggest anthems, having written for BLACKPINK on global hits such as “How You Like That” and “Pink Venom,” as well as for other major artists like CL and Somi.
He will be joining his fellow Kpop Demon Hunters co-star May Hong, the voice of Mira, for a weekend full of panels and fan interactions. Danny will be at the convention on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The official guest panel schedule will be announced soon, so stay tuned!
Danny Chung joins an incredible lineup of guests, including musical guest BABYBEARD and voice actors like Zeno Robinson (My Hero Academia), David Matranga (My Hero Academia), and Clifford Chapin (My Hero Academia).
Don’t miss your chance to meet the talented voice behind Baby Saja and countless K-pop anthems.
