Sandy Fox is celebrated as one of the cutest voices in the industry, bringing life to some of the most beloved characters in anime, animation, and video games.

She is known for her roles as Betty Boop, Hello Kitty, Chibiusa & Black Lady in Sailor Moon, Roarr in Miraculous Ladybug, Kriketina Kylie in Pokemon Journeys, Courtney in Pokemon Generations, Melody in My Life As a Teenage Robot, Harmony in Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi, and Mipsy Mipson in As Told by Ginger.

Her work in classic anime includes Kiyoko in AKIRA, Tachikomas in Ghost in the Shell, Naho, Mina, and Momiji in Naruto, T-AI in Transformers, Sumomo in Chobits, Himaspetchi in Tamagotchi Friends, Taylor Bartlett in Violet Evergarden, Lynne in Fist of the North Star, and more! She also performed the English theme songs for the Rurouni Kenshin and Magic Knight Rayearth series.

Her video game roles include Vyrn in GranBlue Fantasy, Kana in Fire Emblem Heroes, Patty Fleur in Tales of  Vesperia, Cylindria in Pacman’s Ghostly Adventures 2, Marona in Phantom Brave, Peashy & Yellowheart in Hyperdimension Neptunia, Yuka in Persona, Renee Bright in Trails of Cold Steel, and the iconic Flonne in Disgaea.

Sandy is internationally recognized for portraying the Queen of Cartoons—Betty Boop.

She can be heard as Betty and her dog Pudgy in toys and commercial campaigns for Zac Posen, Torrid, Lancome Paris, Dr. Martens, and a special Betty Boop episode of Project Runway All-Stars.

Sandy is a member of Women in  Animation and is currently developing several original animated series and books. Through her charity, The Love Planet Foundation, she hosts meditation panels and workshops at conventions, sharing practical tools to promote mental health awareness.
