About Hikaru Midorikawa

Hikaru Midorikawa’s decades-long career has brought countless unforgettable characters to life, including Heero Yuy from Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Best Jeanist from My Hero Academia, Android 16 from Dragon Ball Z, Kaede Rukawa from SLAM DUNK, Zelgadis from Slayers, Ryuho from s‑CRY‑ed, and Sakamoto from Haven’t You Heard? I’m Sakamoto. Fans may also recognize his work as Marth in Fire Emblem and Super Smash Bros., Akihiko Sanada in Persona 3, Silva in Shaman King, Dufort in Zatch Bell!!, and Tamahome in Fushigi Yûgi.

Outside of his voice acting work, he enjoys gaming as a hobby and is also a devoted collector of character plushies. He actively participates in “Nuikatsu,” plushie photography, often sharing charming photos of his plushies dressed in themed outfits or reenacting scenes from his own iconic roles on social media.

There will be a limited number of purchase autograph slots available online, with a potential at the door option also available at con. Autograph Tickets will be available for sale starting October 3, at 12:00 PM EDT! We will make an announcement on our social media with a link for you to purchase these tickets as well as directions on where to view the guidelines for our Japanese guests autographs.

Autograph times will be the following hours:

• Fri 10/30 | 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Autograph Area

• Sat 10/31 | 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Autograph Area

$60 per item • Maximum 3 items per person • One ticket = one signed item.

Autograph Rules

These rules are made so that we can facilitate everyone in line! We know you’re all excited to see these guests here at Youmacon, so these rules are made to make it so that as many people as possible can interact with our Japanese Voice Actor guests. Each ticket purchased online is $60 per item. Each person may purchase 1, 2, or 3 tickets, each ticket will allow you to get one (1) item signed. These tickets are FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED, and we will not have more tickets sold online after they sell out. Online Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, rescheduled, or otherwise modified; if you do not show up to collect your autograph, we cannot refund you or have you rescheduled for a later time.

Guests and Guest Management has the right to refuse to sign any item for any reason.

NOTE: Every item will be Personalized with your Name (or a friend/family name), and the Guest’s Signature. Personalization is required.

Japanese VA Line Rules

All Pre-Order Tickets must arrive AT LEAST 20 minutes prior to the end of the signing period in order to guarantee a spot in line.
Cameras with Detachable Lenses, 360 Cameras, and POV Glasses (like Meta Glasses™) are not permitted to be carried or worn in the Japanese VA Lines.
Youmacon, the Guest, and Guest Management has the right to limit time with the Guest to accomodate all of the attendees in the line.
There will be an “At The Door” line which will only be pulled from if there is available time for the Guest to Sign. Ticket sales for signatures are at $80/item.
No Selfies or Pictures of the Guests are allowed.
