COVID-19 Policy

We are excited to welcome you to Youmacon! By registering, you agree to this policy as part of our overall convention guidelines. Please note that this policy may change if the CDC or another relevant authority issues new guidance regarding COVID-19, we may update our policy accordingly. We will use our media platforms to keep you informed of any changes.

This policy applies to everyone attending Youmacon, including attendees, exhibitors, guests, volunteers, staff, and contractors.

Recommendations

While not mandatory, we recommend that everyone at Youmacon wear a suitable mask to help reduce the spread of airborne illnesses like COVID-19. We strongly encourage those who can to receive full COVID-19 vaccination at least two weeks before attending.

If You Develop Symptoms During Youmacon

If you start to feel unwell during the event, please isolate yourself from others. If possible, we advise returning home to self-isolate and seek medical care.

COVID-19 symptoms may include:

Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
